Australian Made
Cool Room Wall Panels in the Aussie range are both functional and stylish, adding flair and value to any building project.
The Australian made panel is built tough, with a durable 0.4mm steel skin on both sides.
The insulation core is made from Expanded Polystyrene with Fire Retardant (EPS-FR). It is building code of Australia certified and has long warranties.
We make the panels to length.

Overview
Our Insulated Wall Panels are a quick-build, versatile solution for your next building project.
The Aussie range has a smooth finish and anti-bacterial paint in Off White (Surfmist) on both sides, ideal for cool rooms, cold stores and clean rooms.
Other applications can include:

Insulation Core
The Expanded Polystyrene Insulation Core with Fire Retardant (EPS-FR) offers high R-Values for thermal efficiency. They are also excellent for reducing noise.
You can choose an insulation core from 50mm thick right up to 200mm thick.
The Panels
Our Insulated Wall Panels join together with a tongue and grove system. They have an effective sheet coverage (WIDTH) of 1200mm.
When you are calculating how many panels you need, simply divide the length of the wall by 1.2m.
Lengths
The Wall Panels are cut to length as they are manufactured. You can order lengths from 1.8m upwards.
Standard Range
Aussie Wall has a smooth profile coloured Off White (Surfmist) on both sides.
The panel’s strong 0.4mm steel skins are the most economical option for Australian made panel and therefore very popular.
Premium Range
Our Premium Range gives you heavy duty 0.6mm Steel Skins and more choices.
Premium Wall Panels are available in a range of colours on one side or both sides and offer ribbed profiles for an upmarket, architectural finish to your project.
Peace Of Mind
Our Aussie made Wall Panels are fully engineered and compliant with Australian Standards.
Tested and certified by James Cook University to the latest “low high low” fire rating, the panels are also Bushfire Attack Level certified BAL-29 and backed by a Form 15 and a 15 year Warranty.
