Where do I pick up my order?
Orders can be collected from Narangba on Brisbane’s northside.
A flatbed truck or trailer should be used with appropriate tie-downs and packing to protect the panels.
Photos of the order will be taken as it is loaded. Transport of the goods is then the customers responsibility.
Do you deliver in SE Qld and northern NSW?
Cool Panels delivers by crane truck from Hervey Bay to Port Macquarie and out to Dalby and Warwick. Ask us for a quote today.
Do you deliver up to Cairns of down to Sydney?
Ray Clark Transport delivers between Sydney and Cairns.

What lengths do you deliver?
Standard deliveries to site are a maximum of 9.0 metres.
Flashings 8.0 metres or longer will be supplied in 2 lengths with an additional 200mm to join the overlap.
What if I have Restricted Access on site?
Cool Panels must be advised where site access may be restricted for deliveries.
Failure to do so may incur further charges for re-delivery.
Do you do site inspections?
Cool Panels can arrange an onsite quote in the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast areas.
Do you give building advice?
Cool Panels does not give building advice and is not responsible for any site inspection, permit or other building approvals.
Cool Panels recommends the use of a qualified QBCC builder or installer.
